Our Reviews

We used Southern Roots for a demolition job. The team was very professional and efficient. They were able to demo and haul off debris in less time than expected. We had a few trees including the stumps removed. Also a decent sized concrete pad broken up and hauled off.

They not only left the job site looking clean and ready for the new build but were able to leave the existing deck fully intact and untouched.

Southern roots had previously done some clearing work on a neighboring lot for us and were very respectful of our wishes to leave certain trees and areas

Safe to say we are and will continue to be returning customers.

We had an amazing experience with Southern Roots and Land Development, Inc. installing the driveway for our new build! From start to finish, their team was professional, reliable, and clearly took pride in their work.

They communicated every step of the process, showed up when they said they would, and delivered a final product that exceeded our expectations. The quality of the work is outstanding, and you can tell they truly care about getting the details right.

Building a home can be stressful, but working with Southern Roots made this part of the process smooth and worry-free. We’re beyond happy with our driveway and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch land development work!

Had a driveway installed and I am beyond satisfied!  Very professional, efficient and personable work crew! Was here and gone in a couple hours. Will definitely be calling back for any land grading or heavy machinery work  we need done!

Marshall and Chris Kennedy did an awesome job on my three quarter acre pond. these guys work hard and know what they're doing. I have absolutely no complaints. hands down the only company I'll use from here on.
